Naturopathic Medicine

Naturopathic medicine is a system of primary healthcare that focuses on promotion of wellness and prevention of illness. In Ontario, all naturopathic doctors are required to be licensed by the provincial college following a 4-yr medical degree and under graduate program.

Reiki + Somatics Sessions

These sessions provide energetic care and intuitive guidance. Sessions may be standalone or integrate Reiki and Somatic practices in a naturopathic session. They are often to enhance and support other care and treatment. Sessions are online.

I am a naturopathic doctor and energy healing practitioner providing virtual care to residents of Ontario. I work from a trauma informed and cultural safety aware lens in supporting people.

Through evidence informed and traditional medicine I support people through: * perimenopause and menopausal health * digestive concerns * fatigue, stress and nervous system repair, and * weathering effects of systemic oppression(s)

Your care plan will draw upon your intake interview and lab assessments, and may include treatment modalities of * nutrition and lifestyle counselling, * homeopathy, * supplementation, * botanical medicine, * and Traditional East Asian Medicine

In working together prepare to feel seen, heard and met where you’re at, with practical tools and support, so you may return to your inherently whole, wise and well self.
